I am a motivated Complementary Therapist with a strong passion for my subject. I can offer expertise and knowledge to the highest level in Complementary Therapies, whilst specialising in Clinical Reflexology.

After working as a Complementary Therapist for a few years I went on to graduate in Spa Management, this gained me a deeper knowledge and understanding of the treatments that I performed on my clients. Once I officially qualified, I decided to take a clinical route in my career and have been very fortunate to gain experience in a diverse range of settings. I take great pride in my work, treating every client on an individual basis, whose treatment and aftercare is tailor made to suit their specific needs.

I have spent the majority of my career as a self-employed Complementary Therapist; working in a range of diverse locations which include care homes, health center's, NHS, hospice center's, mental health charities and undertaking private appointments. I started my journey in the mental health field supporting clients with a wide range of mental health issues, which include stress, anxiety and depression. My path then led me to work in residential homes throughout South Wales, performing treatments on residents and their

family members. Most of my clients at the residential homes suffer from Alzheimer's, Parkinson’s, and Dementia. My journey as a therapist has made me compassionate and confident in assisting others, thus creating a feeling of total satisfaction within my role.
